Just an update since a lot of you are wondering... You can whisper at events to the other tribe, but it will cost you a coin per whisper.

You also cannot send messages along with coins to members of the other tribe. We want your new tribes to be about forming new bonds and making your own way through the game, or else we would have kept you all on separate tribes :).
